GUARANTEE TERMS

Full Course Purchases

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • Original purchaser only (non-transferable)

  • Full access is granted immediately despite guarantee period

Coverage:

  • All four sections: Section 1 - Mindset, Section 2 - Culture, Section 3 - Acumen, Section 4 - System

  • No usage restrictions during guarantee period

  • Eligibility determined solely by 7-day time limit

Individual Section Purchases

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • Original purchaser only (non-transferable)

  • Same terms apply as full course purchases

IMPORTANT EXCLUSION: Promotional Access

No Guarantee Coverage:
If you have previously accessed any section through promotional offers (such as free access to Section 3 - Acumen), subsequent purchases of other sections are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Rationale:
Promotional access provides sufficient opportunity to evaluate:

  • Course quality and production values

  • Teaching style and methodology

  • Content depth and practical application

  • Platform functionality and user experience

REFUND PROCESS

Use the refund request feature in your course dashboard

Method 2 - Direct Contact:
If you cannot access the portal due to technical issues:

  • Include: Your name, purchase date, and reason for refund request

  • Response time: Within 2 business days

Processing:

  • Eligible refunds processed within 7 business days

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • Confirmation email sent when processed

EXCLUSIONS

No Refunds Available:

  • After 7-day guarantee period expires

  • For any purchases following promotional access to any section

  • If terms of service have been breached

  • For change-of-mind after guarantee expiry

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If technical problems prevent course access during the guarantee period:

  • Contact support immediately

  • We may extend access or pause the guarantee period

  • Alternative formats may be provided where possible
